“We hired Pixel Prose to write a weekly blog post for our marketing agency, allowing us to concentrate on other areas. Outsourcing this requirements is one of the best business decisions we have made. The service is reliable and the work is high quality. We would highly recommend.”

Discovery call
We start by jumping on a discovery call. We’ll talk through your goals, audience, and tone of voice. This is my opportunity to learn more about your business and find out how we can work together.

Proposal
After our call I will send you a proposal document. This will explain the scope of the work, timeline and the fee.
First draft
Once you have accepted I get to work. The first draft lands in your inbox (yippee), ready for your feedback.
Sign off
You review the first draft and send any feedback. Two rounds of revisions are included as standard.
Questions I often get asked
How long does a project take?
Most projects turn around in 1–2 weeks. Larger briefs like full website rewrites typically take 3–4 weeks from briefing to final copy. It all depends on your specific project.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
Yes, I work with clients across the UK, Europe, and beyond. Everything is handled remotely.
What information do you need to get started?
A discovery call or written brief is usually enough. I send all my clients a client brief questionnaire for you to consider. The more you can tell me about your audience and goals, the better the first draft.
